~How to Order ~
Ordering is easy on our secure site. Simply click the “Add to Cart” button to place items in your Cart. When you check out, you can choose several different USPS Domestic Shipping Options, including First Class, Priority, and Parcel Post. If you have any problems with the Cart, please email us at pixie@dollesque.com or chat with us live.
~Payments~
  
We accept PayPal payments (our PayPal ID is pixie@dollesque.com), Credit Cards (MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express), Google Checkout, as well as money orders or personal checks.
~Layaways~
We are happy to do a layaway for you. Normally, orders with a total of $200 before shipping can be put on layaway, but other options are available to fit your needs. ALL LAYAWAY PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY MONEY ORDER OR CHECK. Any layaway deposit made is non-refundable, and non-transferable -- no exceptions. If you are more than 30 days late with a layaway payment and do not contact us, we will consider the transaction null and void and return the item back to stock for sale. You would forfeit any monies paid on the layaway, no exceptions.
~Returns~
All items in an order are considered a final sale when sold. Please make careful decisions and if you have a question about a specific item, don’t hesitate to email us at pixie@dollesque.com or chat with us live. NO RETURNS applies to ALL layaway or pre-ordered items -- NO EXCEPTIONS. Returns for a full refund are offered for damaged upon receipt merchandise ONLY. We check all items and pack and ship carefully so your item is received in new condition. If there is damage in shipping, we will help you file a claim with the USPS, as ALL packages are insured for their full value. Part of this insurance cost is included in your shipping cost. We will accept exchanges or will issue a store credit for other items returned within 7 calendar days of receipt. Please email us at pixie@dollesque.com or chat with us live to confirm a return. ALL returns must be authorized in advance, no exceptions.
~Shipping~
We ship items via USPS 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and sometimes Saturday) - Priority Mail, First Class Mail, and Parcel Post domestically, and EMS, Priority Mail, and First Class International, internationally. You can specify the method you prefer upon checkout. ALL domestic packages are insured for their full value.
PLEASE NOTE: For International orders, we must declare orders as “merchandise” or "other" with the item's full value marked for Customs. Anything less is illegal. Please do not ask us to mark your items at less than full value or mark your package as a “gift”.
Did you know? We offer *FREE* Shipping on most US Domestic Orders when the total of merchandise is $250.00 or more!
